finally we got around to finishing up most of the tattoo i wanted to have done! most of because i still need a little shading and things finished up but it's basically a wrap... and the QR code looks great!!! it worked on Friday (when i had the work done) but not on Sunday... now I'm not sure if it will work at all or not... i'm to afraid to try it again haha
tattoo is on hold...ok, ok, soooo the tattoo work is on hold for a few weeks! if there is one thing you don't want in life, it's a tattoo artist with a migraine working on your body with a tattoo gun!! it's always better to be safer... plus i'd feel bad making Patrick work on my ink when he wasn't feeling well...
the other issue was that one of the designs wasn't really "working"... so while we talked for a few minutes, we found another way to lay things out which will work nicely!! now, i just need to make sure i don't get sued by Intel haha... anyway, a couple weeks from now we'll regroup and i'll be back @ Pure Ink Tattoo to get everything finished... this will also give Patrick a little more time to get the design done!!
if you use Microsoft's Internet Explorer, please consider using something else... anything else!
YAY!!! although my color scheme may be questionable now... sigh... back to the drawing board...
soooo, i realize i have no clue how HTML5 and/or CSS really work! but, i am man enough to admit that i don't know (kind of like asking for directions)... i've been stealing ideas just to see what happens and this what i have so far... could be worse, ok maybe it couldn't be...
part of the problem is i hate not knowing how this stuff works. i could easily grab some template and slap my name on it but, where's the fun in that! i'd rather painstakingly change every last little parameter to see what happens... ok, i lie but that's about what it has come down to!!!
in a couple more days i'll be adding to my tattoo collection, which stands at two (yes only two!). this time though it'll be a little different... i'm getting a special tattoo (although i won't be the first, apparently someone else has done the same thing already! but i had the idea back in December of 2011 damn it!) which i think will be pretty cool and not your average ink...
testing out a basic design for the website... yeah... i know... i suck at website design :) i'm not a great designer, i'm just happy this actually works!
